The fair!

Today was a busy day! It was great weather and happened to also be opening day at the fair in Bemidji! Unfortunately the fair wasnt completely opened yet but we did get to see some beautiful horses. Afterwards we came back and lit some left over fireworks from the 4th of July. We ended the night with giving peach a good brushing.

P.S. We have cabins open for the next few weeks!

Trip to Bemidji

Yesterday my grandparents arrived from California. We took a 20 minute drive to Bemidji, then stopped by the tourist center and took pictures by a huge Paul Bunyan and blue ox! The area has a lot of small stores to walk through with a whole lot of character! We ate at Blue Ox bar and Grill in Bemidji and the food and service was amazing. It was interesting to know that the restaurant building used to be the old train station! There was also a stage for music. Maybe if there is a live band Caleb and I will go back to watch.
